Rental Overview

Surprise Lake Camp is available to Organizations, Churches, Guide and Scout Groups, Families, Schools and everyone else during our off-season. We are officially open for rentals beginning after our Spring Open Work Weekend and conclude the season with a Fall Close Work Weekend. We are typically available to rent during the August Long Weekend as well - depending on the summer camp schedule.

The facilities include: 
10+ sleeping cabins, each uniquely decorated, with up to 8 beds in each
Rec Hall: an indoor gathering space with wood stove
Dining hall that seats 80+ at a time
Commercial kitchen with walk in cooler, chest freezers, pantry, brand new commercial gas stove with 4 burners, grill top and single oven 
Biffies/Outhouses - single stall as well as multi-stall buildings
2 Wash houses for teeth brushing and hand washing 
Beach front with Dock 
2 large designated campfire pits
Outdoor chapel with bench seating
Scattered picnic tables
Grass playing field
